Note that this is not a mandatory step. You should only do it if you want to import all the content from our demo site. It won’t affect your existing content.

Goto Appearance >> Import Demo Content >> Click on the import button

Note:

1) We encourage you to install fresh and latest version of WordPress.

2) This Export Data does a lot of things, but there are a few things that it currently doesn’t do. It doesn’t export any settings that aren’t stored in the database as theme mods, which means that it doesn’t currently export widgets or settings such as the built-in “Site Title & Tagline”.
